It is now possible using VLC media player to play BLU-RAY movies.
First download the bluray-linux zip file and extract it.
put the KEYDB.cfg in ~/.config/aacs/
put the libaacs.so.0 in the VLC folder (or in LD_LIBRARY_PATH, usually /usr/lib64/ or /usr/lib32)
Open VLC, open disc and select blu-ray disc. The bluray movie should now play
Credit for this how to is from http://vlc-bluray.whoknowsmy.name/.
Go there to download a more recent copy of the KEYDB.cfg if you get errors on missing keys.
