4 Element Yagi
A perfect time to recycle that TV antenna you got in the attic. Thats what I used to make this great yagi. All you need are elements (any kind of conductive metal will do) that are the length shown below in the drawings, coax, and a boom that is an insulator. I used wood but as long as the elements are electrically free from one another should be ok. The only real tricky part is finding the swr sweet spot. To do that I used alligator clips and moved the center conductor point around the driven element until the swr was down to a 1:1. Once the spot was found I soldered and protected the join from the weather elements. Below are pictures to help you in the construction phase.
